Himalaya Airlines off to China’s Changsa

KATHMANDU: A narrow body A-320 aircraft of the Himalaya Airlines flew to Changsa in China Sunday morning to bring in medical supplies related to coronavirus.

The Tribhuvan International Airport said that the flight was chartered by the private sector to procure medical goods from China.

Himalaya Airlines has been operating flights to various destinations across China to bring in medical goods since the nationwide lockdown was imposed in Nepal to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic.
