19th AGM of Nepal Air Traffic Controllers’ Association concludes

KATHMANDU: Yogesh Bhattarai, minister for Minister of Culture, Tourism And Civil Aviation said that that Air traffic Controllers’ Associations have a huge contribution to the management of the aviation sector and now we are able to meet international level standards.

Speaking at the 19th AGM of Nepal Air traffic Controllers’ Association, Minister Bhattarai said, “There is a lot of pressure at Tribhuwan International Airport that’s why we are searching for other alternatives and hopefully we will manage to control the pressure that is centered in Kathmandu at Tribhuwan International Airport”.

Similarly, Director General of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), Rajan Pokharel said that there is only one international airport in Nepal an Air Traffic Controllers Association has done a great job in managing everything. ” We are in the age of transformation and we should update ourselves,” he added.
