India says it has noted recent political developments in Nepal



KATHMANDU: India has stated that it has noted recent political developments in Nepal.

Speaking at a weekly press conference organized at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Indian External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Anurag Shrivastav said the current development was an internal matter of Nepal.

“We’ve noted recent political developments in Nepal. These are internal matters for Nepal to decide as per its democratic processes. As a neighbor, India will continue to support Nepal and its people in moving forward on the path of peace, prosperity, and development,” he said.
