Youth dies in isolation center after hospitals deny admission



DHARAN: The hospital’s denial to admit a coronavirus positive youth of 36 years has cost his premature death.

According to Pramod Yadav, the In-charge at the Chatara-based isolation center, a youth of Barahachhetra-6, Bange has died this morning when the hospital refused to admit him.

Yadav stated that after finding fever, cough, and respiratory hazards, the youth was rushed to the Biratnagar-based hospital; but after the hospital refused to admit him he was rushed to Nobel Medical College.

He added that Nobel College also refused to admit the youths saying it has no bead in ICU and ventilator as well.

The youth was again tried in the Dharan-based BP Koirala Health Science Academy, but it also didn’t admit the youth.

Finally, the youth was taken back to the Chatara-based isolation center where he lost his life at around 10.30 am on Saturday.
