Oli and Dahal discuss narrowing down differences

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Oli and Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal engaged in discussion today as well in a bid to narrow down the differences.

The two-hour-long meeting has been held at a time when the party is holding its Standing Committee (SC) meeting on Tuesday.

The two top leaders are learned to have discussed ways to resume the SC meeting.

Meanwhile, before the meeting with Dahal, Prime Minister Oli also discussed current political situation with Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba.

It has not been revealed as what transpired between PM Oli and Deuba, the leader of the main opposition.

It should be recalled that PM Oli and Deuba had met on Thursday as well.
