Swab samples collection of workers searching jobs begins



NEPALGUNJ: Collection of swab samples of the workers who are being gathered at Tribhuvan Chowk of Nepalgunj in search for work has started.

Banke district’s corona focal person Naresh Shrestha said the swab collection began from Thursday onward.

The District Health Office took the initiative with support from Kasaudhan Baiswa Samaj and Nepal Red Cross Society.

Swam samples collection of workers has started on the presence of Chief District Officer Ram Bahadur Kurumbang and Samaj chair Nanda Lal Baiswa, Shrestha informed.

Along with the workers members of the houses and shopping outlets around the Tribhuvan Chowk have also provided their swab samples for corona tests.

According to him, 130 samples among 365 registered people were collected on Thursday alone. RSS
