Sunsari imposes prohibitory order for one more week

SUNSARI: The Sunsari District Administration Office imposed a prohibitory order for one more week.

A meeting of the District Covid-19 Crisis Management Centre (DCCMC) held today extended the ongoing prohibitory order for one more week, Assistant Chief District Officer of Sunsari Mahesh Kumar Pokhrel said.

The fresh prohibitory order will continue until midnight on August 30. Assistant Chief District Officer Pokhrel said that the prohibitory order was announced till August 30 to control the spread of coronavirus at the community level adding that the cases of pandemic coronavirus infection have increased in the recent days.

With the announcement in place, all services except the essential ones are halted in Sunsari district.
