23 people test positive for COVID-19 in Spinal Cord Injury Hospital



KATHMANDU: As many as 35 people, including 23 from the Banepa-based Spinal Cord Injury Hospital tested coronavirus positive in 24 hours in Kavre.

According to Dr. Narendra Kumar Jha, Chief of District Public Health Office Kavre, 35 people including 23 from the Spinal Injury Hospital, 10 in Dhulikhel Hospital and 2 locals of Dhulikhel have tested coronavirus positive.

With this the number of coronavirus case in Kavre has reached 139.

According to Dr. Hari Adhikari, the Director of Spinal Injury Hospital, out of 23 cases in the hospital 9 are beneficiaries whereas rest of them are the staffers and medics in the hospital.
