KATHMANDU: Chaturanand Rajbaidya has been appointed as the Executive Director of Nepal Olympic Committee (NOC).
Rajbaidya received a letter of appointment amidst a program on Wednesday, becoming the first chairman of NOC. The NOC had no Executive Chairman earlier.
NOC chairman Jeevan Ram Shrestha and Treasurer Ratan Tandan handed over an appointment letter to Rajbaidya.
Rajbaidya is also the chairman of All Nepal Table Tennis Association.
