Youth commits suicide in Bajhang quarantine



BAJHANG: A youth staying in quarantine in Bajhang has committed suicide. A 30-year-old youth from Pathibhera rural municipality-7 has committed suicide.

Akkal Dhami, chairman of the rural municipality said that the youth was found hanging in a separate room in the quarantine center established at a school in Pathibhara rural municipality.

The youth had recently returned from India.

The youths from India had been in quarantine since June 20. According to Chairman Dhami, the youth was found hanging inside the room on June 8.

The deceased was buried on Monday. The swab of the deceased has been collected and sent to Dadeldhura for PCR testing.

He had not met his family members after returning from India.
