Gold continues to glitter, sets new high of Rs 94,000 per tola



KATHMANDU: Gold price increased by Rs 1,300 per tola in the domestic market on Wednesday, setting a new high of Rs 94,000 per tola (11.664 grams).

The precious yellow metal was traded at Rs 92,700 per tola on Tuesday.

Likewise, tejabi gold is priced at Rs 93,560 per tola while silver registered an increase by Rs 95 to be traded at Rs 1,135.

According to the Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), bullion prices have gone high in the international market owing to the coronavirus epidemic.
