Narayangadh-Muglin road disrupted yet again

CHITWAN: The Narayangadh-Muglin road section has been disrupted yet again after a landslide occurred near Lumubaluwa Bridge in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-29 on Tuesday night.

The Narayangadh-Muglin road is likely to remain obstructed throughout Wednesday due to the landslide, said District Traffic Police Office, Chitwan.

“The work to clear the road will begin today.  We are planning to bring the transport into operation from today,” said DSP Surya Thapa of DPO, Chitwan.

The road section had come to a halt due to landslides triggered by rainfall.

The one-way traffic had been opened for light vehicles after the landslide at Kalikhola was removed on Tuesday.
