COVID-19 negative report must to appear in court



KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Court has ordered to submit a negative COVID-19 report for appearing in the court.

A single bench of Justice Shrikrishna Bhattarai passed the order on Monday to Government Attorney Office and police to submit the report of the accused and the security personnel accompanying them for statements and debates.

The court has asked to perform the PCR test at the expense of the defendants and security personnel or at the expense of the government.
