Rapti Academy of Health Sciences resumes services

GHORAHI: The entire health care services of Rapti Academy of Health Sciences based in Dang have resumed today.

The Academy that had closed its services from Wednesday after the directives of the Ministry of Health and Population has restarted its health care services after protests from different walks of life.

Issuing a statement, the Academy has said that the services were resumed until the COVID-19 patients arrive.
Earlier, political parties, civil society, rights activists and people’s representatives had protested the Academy’s service closure for both the out-door and in-door patients.

In the Academy, corona laboratory and isolation wards are in operation. The Academy receives around 400 patients in a daily basis. RSS
