7 more succumb to coronavirus taking Nepal’s death toll to 1,795

KATHMANDU: As many as 7 COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,795 as of Monday afternoon.

Meanwhile, the country recorded a total of 742 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,54,514 in the country as of Monday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 7,976 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 1,079 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,44,743 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, 7 persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 1,795.
