Deuba leaves Singapore for Hong Kong



KATHMANDU: Sher Bahadur Deuba, former prime minister and former president of the Nepali Congress, has departed Singapore for Hong Kong.

Deuba, who had travelled to Singapore ahead of the House of Representatives session for a regular health check-up and treatment, left for Hong Kong after completing his medical procedures.

According to his secretariat, he will attend family programmes in Hong Kong and undergo further treatment there.

After completing the scheduled programmes, Deuba is expected to return to Nepal.

He had left Nepal for treatment in Singapore on Falgun 13.
