NC summons Central Working Committee meeting on October 5



KATHMANDU: The main opposition party Nepali Congress (NC) has summoned a meeting of the Central Working Committee (CWC) on October 5.

The meeting will be held at 2 pm at the party’s central office in Sanepa, said Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel.

According to him, the meeting will focus on the preparations for the upcoming 14th General Convention of the party.

Before the meeting, the party will also conduct COVID-19 tests of office-bearers, central members, invited central members and all the employees working at the central office.

The Central Office has requested all the office-bearers, central members, invited central members and employees to be present for the test on October 1 from 11 am to 3 pm.
