Two including a woman die from COVID-19 at Patan Hospital



KATHMANDU: Two people including a woman have died from coronavirus in the course of treatment at Patan Hospital in Lalitpur.

According to a press note issued by District COVID-19 Crisis Management Center, Lalitpur, a 30-year-old woman of Dolakha and 46-year-old man of Sarlahi died in the course of treatment on Friday morning.

They had been admitted to the hospital few days ago for treatment after they showed symptoms similar to the coronavirus, informed the Center.

They were confirmed to have died from the virus after their swab sample reports conducted in the course of treatment came out positive.
