NEPALGUNJ: Police have arrested two cadres of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit from Banke on Tuesday.

According to Banke Police Spokesperson DSP Subash Khadka, former Chief of Bheri-Karnali Justice Department Chitra Bahadur BK and a cadre Suresh Raut have been arrested.

Spokesperson Khadka said that they were arrested after the law enforcement agency was tipped off that they were collecting donations in Ranja.

Police said further investigation was underway.
