Snakebite kills one in Bara



BIRGUNJ: A woman has died of snakebite in Simraungadh Municipality of Bara district on Sunday.

According to the relative of the deceased, Mina Devi Kushwaha of Simraungadh Municipality-4, Hariharpur was stung by a snake on Sunday morning.

After the incident, she was rushed to the Narayani Hospital in Birgunj where she died while undergoing treatment.

Snakebite, mosquito bite and waterborne diseases take many lives every summer in the southern plains.
