KATHMANDU: At a time when Minister Gokul Baskota has been dragged into a controversy over bargaining for Rs 700 million in bribe for the procurement of security printing press, Bikal Poudel, Head of the Security Printing Division at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology is flying to the United States.
“I am flying to the United States. But it is purely a personal visit, not official,” Poudel told Khabarhub when asked about the purpose of his visit.
He said that he is going to the US to meet his family there on Friday.
