Moderate snowfall forecast for central, western high mountainous regions



KATHMANDU: The Metrological Forecasting Division (MFD) has forecast chances of light to moderate snowfall at some places of the central and western high mountainous regions on Monday.

In a weather bulletin issued for today, weathermen said the weather will be generally to mostly cloudy in the western region and partly to generally cloudy in the eastern and central regions.

According to MFD, the impact of the westerly winds system has become weaker which will pave the way for the weather to improve significantly.
