11 more succumb to coronavirus taking Nepal’s death toll to 1,788



KATHMANDU: As many as 11 COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,788 as of Sunday afternoon.

Meanwhile, the country recorded a total of 588 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,53,772 in the country as of Sunday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 8,320 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 1,097 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,43,664 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.
