COVID-19 suspected patient tests negative



KHOTANG: A suspected COVID-19 patient in Khotang district has tested negative.

The suspected person of Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality-10 tested negative for coronavirus infection, said Dr Shailesh Shrestha, District Hospital acting chief.

Shrestha said the suspected patient’s lab test was found negative adding that locals had suspected him as he was returned from China on February 26.

A medical team has reached his home and examined him, Shrestha added.
