61-yr-old woman dies of COVID-19 at Patan Hospital



KATHMANDU: A sexagenarian has died from coronavirus at Patan Hospital in Lalitpur on Wednesday morning.

According to a press note issued by District Health Office, Lalitpur, a 61-year-old woman died in the course of treatment at Patan Hospital.

Originally from Suryabinayak, Bhaktapur, she was undergoing treatment at the hospital after being diagnosed with the virus.

Earlier, a 67-year-old woman infected with the coronavirus was reported to have died in the course of treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan.
