One dies in Kapan fire, two injured



KATHMANDU: A man was killed when a fire broke out at a house in Baluwakhani Chowk of Kapan last night.

Two others were injured in the incident, police said.

The deceased has been identified as Krishna Bahadur Tamang of Shivpuri Rural Municipality-5, Nuwakot.

His sister Bipana Tamang, 35, and her son, who had come from Nuwakot to put Bhaitika to her brother Krishna Bahadur, 39, were injured in the blaze.

Bipana and her son are undergoing treatment at Kirtipur Hospital.

Police said that the cause of the fire was not known.
