Parsa District Court orders Rs 10 million bail for Rabi Lamichhane



KATHMANDU: The District Court, Parsa, has ordered Rabi Lamichhane, Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), to post a bail of Rs 10 million in connection with cases including Sanopaila Cooperative fraud.

A bench led by District Court Judge Rudra Prasad Subedi issued the order requiring Lamichhane to post bail of Rs 10 million on Tuesday. He is currently in the process of furnishing the bail. Lamichhane appeared before the court on Tuesday, where a hearing was held on his detention.
