RAUTAHAT: Rautahat Police has arrested a cadre of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit from Betauna, Rautahat.
According to DSP Hem Bahadur Shahi, Birendra Pashwan 35 of Chandrapur-8 Betauna was arrested from his home at 10: 30 pm on Thursday.
DSP Shahi said Pashwan was in the list of absconding criminal involved in some heinous crimes.
