Police arrest Kunwar who had slapped Dahal



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested Padam Kunwar, a person who slapped the then Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal some seven years ago, in New Baneshwar of Kathmandu.

Kunwar was arrested when he entered the parliament building premises with permission.

Police are investigating why he entered the Parliament premises.

Kunwar had in November 2012 slapped the then chairman of the CPN-Maoist Centre Dahal at a tea party in Bhrikutimandap.
