FM Poudel assumes office, seeks 200 million loan from World Bank



KATHMANDU: Assuming his office at the Ministry of Finance on Thursday afternoon, newly-appointed Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel signed the first decision to take loan from the World Bank.

Minister Paudel signed a letter with the World Bank to borrow Rs 200 million.

The amount will be used for the prevention of Covid-19.
