Prohibitory order in Rautahat extended by 7 days



RAUTAHAT: The prohibitory order clamped in Rautahat to stem the spread of the coronavirus has been extended by seven days.

A meeting of the District Security Committee held on Saturday has decided to enforce the prohibitory order until August 23.

District Police Chief SP Raviraj Khadka said that it has been decided to continue the ban as the risk of the coronavirus infection is yet to subside.

The meeting has decided to open shops only three hours in the morning for three days a week for the supply of essential food items during the period.
