KATHMANDU: The government has decided to promote two joint secretaries to secretaries.
A meeting of Council of Ministers held on Tuesday promoted joint secretaries Arjun Pokharel and Sagar Rai.
Pokharel has assigned the role of Chief Secretary of Province 2, according to government Spokesperson Yuvaraj Khatiwada.
Rai has been deployed to Nepal Trust.
