Six dragged to court for evading revenue



KATHMANDU: The Department of Revenue Investigation has filed a case against six people including the operator of Highway Link Pvt Ltd and Roj Enterprises Firoz Maskey for evading revenue.

The case was filed at Kathmandu District Court against Maskey, Janardan Bhandari, Bhairaja Shrestha, Devraj Adhikari, Abhishek Kumar Acharya and Surchan Shrestha for evading revenue through fake VAT bills.

The department dragged them to the court seeking a fine double to Rs 126.5 million they evaded.
