KATHMANDU: A woman has lodged a complaint against the judge of Sunsari District Court in connection with his controversial verdict in the case related to Krishna Bahadur Giri alias Siddha Baba Krishna Das.
According to the Judicial Council’s secretariat sources, the victim woman has filed a case against the judge involved in giving the verdict in Giri’s favor.
Siddhababa, in jail on rape allegation was given clean chit by a bench of Justice Arjun Koirala on December 7.
