11 test positive in RDT in Pyuthan, swabs sent to Bhairahawa for PCR

PYUTHAN: A total of 11 people living in a quarantine center in Pyuthan Municipality-9, Marranthana have tested positive for coronavirus in the Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT).

According to the Pyuthan Health Office, they are eight men and three women in the age group of 21 to 38 years.

One had returned from Lamjung and the rest from Kathmandu.

Chief of the District Health Office, Pyuthan, Vishal Subedi said that preparations have been made to send swab samples of 29 people in the quarantine to Bhairahawa for the PCR test.
