NEPALGUNJ: An auto-driver died on the spot and two others injured in a road accident along the Nepalgunj-Kohalpur road section in Banke district on Thursday morning.
The accident occurred when a bus — Bhe 1 Kha 2129 — and an auto-rickshaw collided in front of Traffic Police Office, Kohalpur.
The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Banke, Shiva Bahadur Singh said.
The injured have been receiving treatment at Kohalpur Medical College. The bus driver has been arrested.
