ILLAM: A Royal Bengal tiger has been spotted at the height of 3,165 meters from the sea level in Ilam district.
One of 20 cameras installed at Kanchanjangha circuit captured the image of endangered tiger species, said the Department of Forest and Soil Conservation.
Earlier, Royal Bengal tigers were found in the Parsa National Park. The number of Royal Bengal tigers in Nepal has hit 235.
Meanwhile, the number of wild cats in the circuit has reached eight.
