India’s COVID-19 death toll crosses 128,100-mark

KATHMANDU: India recorded 48,285 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 8,684,039.

Currently, 491,327 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 8,064,548 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 128,100-mark.

With 549 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 128,164, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
