NC lawmakers to provide 15-day salary to COVID-19 prevention fund



KATHMANDU: The Nepali Congress (NC), main opposition in the Federal Parliament, has written to the Parliamentary Secretariat to deduct 15-day salary of its lawmakers and deposit the amount to the Coronavirus Infection Prevention, Control and Treatment Fund.

The parliamentary party of NC wrote to the secretariat to deposit the amount to the fund as per the party’s decision.

The parliament secretariat informed it would expedite the process to deduct the amount and deposit the amount to the fund in line with the letter of NC parliamentary party.
