KATHMANDU: Police have arrested two people with a home-made pistol along with two rounds of its bullets in Gadhimai Municipality in Rautahat district.

Acting on a tip-off, a team deployed from Area Police Office, Garuda, impounded 21-year-old Rajesh Ram Mahara and Jaya Narayan Ram, 26, of Dhankaul rulral municipality-6, Sarlahi, on Monday night.

Police have also seized a home-made pistol along with two rounds of bullets from them.

Police said they are investigating the case after taking them under control.
