BAITADI: Police have arrested a cadre of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav outfit from the district on Sunday.
Police arrested District In-charge of the youth wing Lokendra Dhami from Doghdakedar Rural Municipality-7 with a pistol.
Police also seized pamphlets from his possession, said DSP Dilli Narayan Pandey.
The arrestee has been brought to the District Police Office.
