Scooter rider killed in Kathmandu road mishap



KATHMANDU: A scooter died in a road accident at Kathmandu Metropolitan City-32, Jadibuti on Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Suprabha Luintel, 27, of Kageshwari Manohara Municipality-7, Kandaghari.

A car, Province 3-01-22 Cha 8710, hit a scooter, Province 3-02-005 Pa 1598, according to police.

She died at the B&B Hospital in Gwarko today after sustaining serious injuries in the accident. Police have taken the car and its driver under control.
