Nepali man sued for sexual assault allegation in Australia



SYDNEY: A Nepali man in Australia has been sued on sexual assault allegation in Allawah, south of Sydney.

The man is due to reappear in court charged over allegedly committing a sexual act in front of a teenager in Sydney’s south, according to Mirage News.

The man is said to have committed the crime on March 20 on an 18 year old woman who was walking out from Allawah Railway Station towards Woids Aveneue, for a job interview.

The woman who managed to run away called the police to tell about the incident.

Officers from the Police Transport and Safety Command commenced an investigation and arrested a 25-year-old man at a home in Hurstville about 2: 30pm on Friday, April 24, 2020.

According to the police the man had created a fake social media account and had arranged to meet with the woman after pretending to offer her employment.

He was refused bail and appeared at Parramatta Local Court on Saturday, April 25, 2020, where he was formally refused bail to appear before Central Local Court on Friday.
