KANCHANPUR: The Armed Police Force (APF) has set up 11 temporary posts at checkpoints bordering with India in Sudur Paschim Province to maintain the high-security alert.

Meanwhile, 220 APF personnel were deployed for the posts.

In a bid to control the inflow into Nepal, APF has set up the posts. The posts are set up from Punarbas to Khallamusetthi.

The border security screening has been tightened after a 42 years old  man, who returned to Nepal from India, has been found infected with the COVID-19.
