RPP Chair Thapa welcomes CIAA’s move in Lalita Niwas scam



KATHMANDU: Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party Kamal Thapa on Saturday said that his party has taken the filing of the case in Lalita Niwas land grab positively.

Speaking at an interaction program, Thapa remarked that innocents should be not falsely accused and the culprits should face action.

“The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed cases against some persons in the land scam. The party views it as a positive step and extends thanks to the anti-graft body,” he said.

Thapa maintained that the real culprits of the land scam should be brought to book.
