Nepali woman rescued from Kuwait



KUWAIT: A Nepali woman has been rescued from Kuwait.

Kamala Tamang of Jhapa, who was stranded by a Kuwaiti sponsor, has been rescued from the Kuwait International Airport with the joint support of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) and NRNA Kuwait.

According to Sujan KC, President of NRNA, Kuwait, Tamang was sent to Jhapa after she was received by volunteers at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.

Also, President KC has requested Nepalis working in Kuwait to contact NRNA Kuwait if they have any problems due to the coronavirus pandemic.
