Number of patients recovering from COVID-19 increasing

KATHMANDU: The number of people recovering from COVID-19 and returning from isolation facility is increasing lately.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the number of people who recovered from the flu-like infection has spiked in the last three days.

The rate of COVID-19 patients discharged from the isolation facilities has also risen with the increasing rate of recovery. In the last 24 hours, 2,287 persons have recovered and returned their homes.

Among the total infected ones across the country, 68.5 per cent have been discharged.
