BHOJPUR: A student leader of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit has been arrested.
According to police, Bhojpur District Committee member of the student wing of the outfit Aatma Rai has been nabbed.
District Police Office, Bhojpur said that Rai was arrested from Pauwadung Rural Municipality-1 of the district.
