Land administration transparent: Minister Aryal

WALING: Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation, Padma Kumari Aryal, has said the land administration system has been transparent with the adoption of modern technology.

It has helped build good governance, she added.

Inaugurating a building for Waling Land Survey Office in Syangja on Friday, Minister Aryal viewed the digital technology not only made administration easier but also convenient.

The problems on land registration would be sorted out and good governance built, she underscored.

“Earlier, the landowners used to rummage the piles of documents. But, now, it is convenient for service providers and seekers,” she reminded. She, however, said cooperation from all sides was essential to implement the technology.
