KATHMANDU: Two people have died after being hit by a tipper at Underpass of Kalanki in the capital on Thursday.

The deceased have been identified as 19-year-old motorcyclist Rajesh Kumar Chaudhary of Katahariya rural municipality-4 and pillion rider Munna Chaudhari, 24, of Katahariya-7 of Rautahat district.

Critically injured Rajesh and Munna, who were rushed to TU Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj passed away in the course of treatment.
